Our team is underpinned by solid engineering and construction career experience across all property sectors. Having delivered over 250,000m2 of space over the past 15 years, we have continuously advanced and refined our processes to ensure coherent management of all projects.

Led by our Director, Daniel Spiteri, the Alinea team is experienced, dynamic and driven, with a range of specialities.

We have successfully managed projects up to $30 Million construction value across Australia in the health and medical, laboratory, commercial office, aged care and education sectors operational environments.

site investigation and feasibility

Initial involvement to assist in pinpointing the specific needs of your fit-out and the suitability of the space. It is crucial that we are involved in this early stage in order to assist with making sure potential spaces are feasible and fit for purpose!

We provide you with sketch layout options and budget costings.

We then move to the complete design package including engagement of any services consultants that may be required.

design and early cost assessment

building approvals

We work closely with the building owners, Council and Private Certifiers in order to gain necessary approvals.  

A dedicated project manager is assigned to engage all necessary trades and deliver your project on time. Regular site meetings between you and the project manager along with weekly video and program updates.  


post handover care

We stay in touch long after the project is handed over, ensuring your fit-out runs smoothly in the years to follow.
